ORDERING & RETURN POLICIES
All orders require payment in full (plus $6.00 shipping fee to have orders shipped)
Orders placed after July 1st 2006 cannot be guaranteed for back-to-school delivery
Orders will not be processed without specifying size ranges, specific sizes, colors and quantity as appropriate
Special order items may require 6 - 8 weeks for delivery, please contact store with questions
The online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
We ship via UPS, and cannot ship to PO Boxes
We ship Nationwide!
Exchanges:
May be made via mail or at the store within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
All exchanges must be unwashed, unworn and with all tags and labels intact.
No exchanges will be made without receipt accompanying item(s).
Refunds:
Are available on orders canceled before the opening of school or when returned
within 30 days of receipt.
After clicking the link at the bottom of the page you will be presented with the list of those schools available for online ordering. Click on the name of the school you wish to shop for and the system will assemble the catalogue of available items for that school, along with any notes (presented at the top of the item listing) that you should make note of. You may click on the pictures and will be presented with a pop-up window with an enlargement of the picture, pictures are representative only and do not show exact styles and colors.
Input quantities, select styles and input specific sizes
and colors where appropriate for each item you wish to order
NOTE: It is important to select the correct style in order
to get appropriate sizing and pricing on your item.
Click the "Add Items to Cart" button at the bottom of the
item listing
This will add the items to your cart and bring you back to the item
listing. In this way you can select additional items, or select the
same item with a different style, size and/or color.
Click "Proceed to Checkout" after adding all items
At the top of the screen you will be shown the final contents of your
cart along with order total (does not reflect discounts or delivery
charges).
NOTE: Use the TAB key to move around the form, do not press ENTER
until you have completed the form
NOTE: You must fill in all fields marked by an asterisk (*) or your
order may not be processed
NOTE: You must have a comjplete address to bill items and for
shipping if selected, we cannot ship to PO Boxes

The sizing chart will open in a separate window so you can use it to
determine appropriate styles and specific sizes when ordering
If you require a size not shown for a specific item or special sizing,
please contact us for assistance.

MULTIPLE STYLES, SIZES, COLORS WITHIN THE SAME ITEM
After you have added an item to your cart, you can proceed to select the
same item again with a different size, color, etc. The cart will keep
track of the different ones you've ordered.
CHANGING ITEMS
Use the "View/Modify Cart" button at any time. You can change
quantities or remove completely by selecting the appropriate button, you
will then be given a chance to either change the quantities for those items
you want to change, or check boxes next to those items you wish to remove.
ENLARGING PICTURES
Simply click on a picture and a separate window will open with an
enlargement of the item picture. Remember, pictures are meant to show
general look of item and do not represent specific styles or colors
available to you.
